PREMISES These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the internet, from the website PRICES The prices indicated are expressed in EUROS and include VAT for the Member States of the European Union. ORDERS All payments are made in EURO and include VAT (EU member states). No other amounts will be due upon delivery. For orders directed to non-EU countries, local duties and taxes may be required at the time of delivery. When ordering, please check the accuracy of your billing and delivery details and addresses. In case of errors, please inform us promptly at SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES Order processing times depend on the availability of the items. If paying by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the type of shipping chosen by the customer, the times declared by the carrier and any customs inspections. The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order placed. If the delivered products have defects, the customer must contact Maurus Leather no later than 48 hours after delivery, sending an email with photos of the defects found to the following email address: RETURNS AND REFUNDS Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you received the products purchased on MaurusLeather guarantees a 100% money back guarantee, except for any local duties and taxes. Maurus Leather ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase no later than 30 days from the delivery date. The refund will be made no later than 10 days from receipt of the returned goods. The following are not subject to the right of withdrawal: personalized products, products purchased by individuals for professional purposes. All products without labels or with labels removed, used or incomplete will not be refunded. The customer in possession of an account must make the return request from the appropriate section within their personal area. The customer who has expressly renounced to create an account must communicate his wish to withdraw from the purchase via certified mail Maurus Leather reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender. Any acceptance of such returns will however entail a charge of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods or the issuing of a refund in the form of store credit. For all other cases, the return is the responsibility of the customer who is fully responsible for it. For this reason Maurus Leather recommends using a traceable shipping system. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY In case of problems, the customer undertakes to contact Maurus Leather directly by sending an email with a photographic description of the problem to the following address: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear of materials. Damage to baggage caused by airline handling is not covered by this warranty; in this case requests must be addressed directly to the airline. Maurus Leather reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred for checking the product and shipping it, if it is found to be intact and functioning or free of the lack of conformity complained of and referable to the date of delivery. The images and colors of the articles on the site may not fully correspond to the real colors due to the type of computer screen or browser used for browsing. APPLICABLE LAW The purchase contract between the Customer and Maurus Leather is to be understood as concluded in Italy and is therefore governed by Italian law and community legislation regulating remote purchases. In the event of any dispute, the competent court will be the Court of Trento. PAYMENTS Maurus Leather accepts payments in Euros. The following payment methods are accepted: Credit Card: we accept credit cards belonging to the Visa and Mastercard circuits PayPal Bank Transfer Cash on Delivery (Cash on delivery, enabled only for shipments to Italy) SECURITY All transactions carried out by credit card and PayPal take place via their respective gateways.
